Real Time Bidding Viewability Loop
Version 2 starts bidding only when the placement is viewable. VAST, Prebid, JS tags, MI/GAM, and ORTB exchange demand compete in their layers. The highest valid bid or highest priority source renders first. If VAST is delivered, bidding continues after the video ends. If display is delivered, the layer refreshes after 10 seconds while the user remains in the viewable area.
